For years I worked harder than the people around me. I stayed roughly where I was. Effort was never the thing that was missing, though it took a decade to accept that, because effort is the easiest thing to add more of.
What changed was smaller. The deal nobody wanted. The conversation everyone else rushed through on the way to something more important.
None of it felt like a turning point.
It looked like an ordinary afternoon, and only made sense years later, reading backwards.
Mo2vated exists for people who believe there is more available to them than they currently see.
Where this comes from
These ideas weren’t theorised. They were paid for.
Every idea here began as a decision made without enough information, followed by the long wait to find out what it cost.
Some of them worked.
Plenty didn’t. The failures taught more, and charged considerably more for the lesson.
One pattern repeated. Whenever the outcome improved, nothing about the situation had changed — only the way it was being read.
